The robust die-cutter can run at a top speed of 8,000-sph
A subsidiary of Chennai-based Print Generic Systems, CE-certified Filigree Pack is a supplier partner of Utrecht-based Huatai. It is a spare parts supplier for all print and packaging applications, and it provides machine installation and technical support.
While, Huatai manufactures converting equipment in the label, folding carton and corrugated industry. Under its die-cutting belt, the 1060PG is a fully automatic die-cutting machine with inline stripping.
Filigree Pack’s director, Manoj Wadiyar says, “The die-cutter is robust-built and can run at a top speed of 8,000-sph. It is a useful tool for litho-lamination and 3-ply cartons.”
Launched in 2021 (in India), the 1060PG die-cutting machine is equipped with an intelligent feedboard system and automated digital setting of pressure. It has been installed in Goa at two places, and the installation can be met within three working days.
Wadiyar emphasises increased production with the maximum pile height the machine can achieve. This allows room for more production besides automatised infeed and pressure solutions for smooth and optimised workflow.
The Huatai 1060PG is priced in the range of USD 1,50,000 to USD 1,75,000. “Maybe expensive, but a sound investment for our customers given its durability and functionality,” says Wadiyar.
