Vishva highlights its stand-up pouch machines
During the Plastindia Exhibition 2023, held from 1 to 5 February, in Delhi, Vishva Machinery showcased various pouch-making machines and the highlight was the stand-up pouch-making machine

Vishva Machinery showcased its stand-up pouch-making machine and also highlighted the importance of some of its other machinery. The stand-up pouch-making machine is made with a focus on engineering ingenuity, high-quality production standards and international standard components to achieve production at high speeds.
The machine can process a variety of laminated materials, including PE-PET, PE, PET, ALU, PE-PA, PE-PP and others. The machine can manufacture stand-up pouches doypack pouches, stand-up pouches with zipper, doypack pouches with zipper, three-side seal pouches and vacuum pouches.
A variety of attachments are available for this machine which includes; third film insert unit, two-film running attachment, hole punches, euro punches, perforation attachment, pre-tearing attachment and more. The stand-up pouch machine can operate on film thickness varying from 40 microns to 150 microns. And the unwinder roll width varies from 300-mm to 1,500-mm.
The company also highlighted its central seal - three-side seal pouch-making machine. The machine can create pouches with a fin seal, lap seal, three side seal and five side seal; all in one.
It can handle a wide range of laminated materials and heat-sealable BOPP. Different hole punches, euro punches, V-notches, side gussets, perforation and other attachments can be used with this machine. The machine is customisable and can be equipped with multiple stations depending on the requirement.
