SLMG Beverages, India’s largest independent Coca-Cola bottler, is on track to achieve a revenue of INR 8,000-crore this fiscal, a 14% increase from the INR 7,000-crore posted in FY24. According to leading business portals, the company’s joint managing director, Paritosh Ladhani, anticipates a 25% revenue growth to INR 10,000-crore by FY26, driven by its expansion into the Bihar market.
SLMG Beverages, a flagship subsidiary of the Ladhani Group, ranks among the top 15 Coca-Cola bottlers globally, with a production capacity of 33,000 bottles per minute, representing nearly 24% of Coca-Cola’s total volume in India.
The company operates eight plants and is building a new facility in Buxar, Bihar, with an investment of INR 1,200-crore. This facility will support its newly acquired rights to the Bihar market from Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCBL) last year.
The company has expressed openness to more acquisitions, with the financial capability to handle deals ranging from INR 1,000-crore to INR 3,000-crore. SLMG Beverages also plans to target urban markets with new products priced at INR 15 and INR 20, enhancing visibility through quick commerce channels.
