Shanghai World of Packaging show opens on 18 November
The Shanghai World of Packaging is scheduled from 18-20 November at Shanghai New International Expo Centre - SNIEC Shanghai, China. The event will consist of international exhibitors showcasing the latest trends in the packaging industry.

Messe Dusseldorf and Adsale Exhibition Services organise Shanghai World of Packaging as a part of the interpack alliance. The fair will include exhibitors from Hong Kong, the USA, Taiwan, Japan, Spain, Finland and Luxembourg.
The fair is due to cover the entire processing and packaging chain for foods, beverages, confectionaries, baked goods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, non-foods and industrial goods.
Several companies such as Multivac, and Herma will be showcasing their products in the Asian markets for the first time.
Six trends are forecasted to be in the spotlight- new technology, energy-efficient production lines, stability, sustainability, intelligent packaging solutions and improved efficiency.
Experts will provide a comprehensive overview of changes in packaging at the Shanghai World of Packaging, discussing the EU PPWR regulations, PCR regulations for food contact materials and the latest developments in the green packaging policy in Asia. Furthermore, a forum cooperating with Made-in-China.com will focus on strategies for rapid entry into the transnational e-commerce market.
