When ReCircle embarked on its journey in 2016, it envisioned a transformation in waste management. Building upon the roadmap outlined in the previous year's report, progress in digitisation, technology, circularity, partnerships, and its commitment to people and the planet is now tangible and impactful.

The report talks about developments, including the launch of ClimaOne, ReCircle’s waste management platform, to revolutionise supply chain management. This platform is developed in collaboration with GSMA and UKAID. ReCircle is placed at the forefront of discussions on resource recovery at platforms like the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

78,498 MT of waste turned into a resource. That’s as much as 54,137 hatchback cars. ReCircle expanded EPR compliance services by 494.14% to establish 271 waste recovery sites pan-India. The company grew revenue by 89.86% from the last year.

ReCircle pulled out all the stops and recovered 202% more waste than last year. 1,800 safai saathis empowered with financial stability and gainful employment. Rs 4,36,296 from its profits was donated to St Catherine’s of Sienna School & Orphanage and Helping Hands Foundation.

The company brought 12 businesses into the movement for a circular economy through plastic credits service Plastic Neutral Program (PNP).

ReCircle believes that this is the story of transparent, climate-forward businesses collaborating for responsible waste management, creating dignified workplaces, and lighting up lives over landfills. And this is the story the company dreams of building the culture for India.
