Manroland Sheetfed’s Evolution R 900

The Roland 900 Evolution can be used for both short and long production runs. Autoprint provides uninterrupted productivity at the touch of a button, while the Inline ColorPilot 3.0 provides a fast and efficient way to measure colour, providing full-tone control, grey balance and register control. Triple flow inking provides density flow from tail to led.

Its fast inking technology can be utilised for complex packaging applications as it provides measuring and control in mere minutes and its Printnetwork Integration Pilot 2.0 feature offers solutions for CIP3 ink pre-setting data.

InlineInspector 3.0 provides high delivery quality with job data transfer, sheet verification via master PDF and features like a transparent operating interface that can be controlled via a smartphone.

Manroland Sheetfed provides a ProServe 360 degrees maintenance programme for about 24 months following the handover, with 24/7 remote service, regular inspection, access to experts and genuine factory spare parts among other services, helping press owners reduce incidents of downtime, control the cost of ownership and lower maintenance costs.

Substrate options range from extremely thin paper to thick cartons. The flat sheet travel path allows even stiff substrates to be printed in high quality.

Manroland Sheetfed works bearing sustainability in mind, and the Roland Evolution 900 reduces waste paper as well as noise emission through its Inbuilt Ecological Pilot Technology monitoring power consumption and delivering data in press energy consumption.
