At the stall, the company showcased its case-sealer Stelda PS 500 HG. The tamper evident case sealing employs form-and-seal of secondary, tertiary boxes using Nordson India’s applicators. It offers secure and safety of products during transit.

PS 500 provides additional benefits such as long-term storage and shipping. The machine runs at a top-speed of 20 cases per minute.

The managing director of Impel Services (Bindwel-Stelda group) P Sajith believes Stelda's singular focus since inception is to address challenges faced by brands in addressing issues like pilferage and product damages. The end of line machines supplier provides complete solutions in helping its customers achieve their goal in reducing losses in transit.

What caught the eyes of the visitors was the three-wheeler truck. Stacked on its floor are two types of boxes - taped and Stelda sealed. It is very clear to the visitors that the benefits offered by Stelda extend as "the first line of defence in a brand's last mile journey".

The concept of gluing the cartons while stacking has enabled Stelda to eliminate use of plastic for wrapping, pilferage due to transit, and product damage. With this solution, the company has enabled circular packaging with corrugate reduction and improved palletising.
