PackMach 2023: Shubham Pack launches an aseptic packaging machine

Established in 2002, Shubham Pack is a leading player in manufacturing of multi track, collar type and lined carton packing machines. The company envisions a goal of USD 30 million by 2025, with a turnover of USD 20 million.

Shubham Pack announced the launch of its new aseptic packaging machine Aseptica, whose live demo is running at its stall. The machine delivers a high speed of 7,500 packs per hour.

Ravish Bharti, global marketing manager, Shubham Pack says, “Aseptica was in their pipeline for a while, and launched it at the PackMach Asia Expo. The goal is to expand in the market among manufacturers’ fraternity, in South East Asia.”

Also, the company showcased its HFFS machine, whose top speed is 60 units per minute for Simplex model and 120 units per minute for a Duplex version. Both produce three-side, four-side, spout, plain, v-line, knurling pouch types, which are used to fill powder, granule, liquid or paste.

Bharti emphasised on SPM 1200 L sealer. Its style is four-side sealing, and it runs at a speed of 150-200 cycles. Over 1,500 machines have been sold to brands such as HUL, Dabur, P&G and many.
