PackMach 2023: Bricspac showcases automated packaging line solutions

Karishma Mehta, business head, Bricspac spoke about the company’s automated line solutions which have wide applications, on the second day of the PackMach Asia Expo 2023, held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from 4 to 6 October.

Karishma Mehta started off by praising the PackMach Asia Expo, and how the stall received a good amount of response from customers, potential customers and visitors. “We have created a personalised environment at the stall for the buyers and sellers to meet and interact. We expect good business coming up for us through this show,” she added.

The company exhibited complete end of line packaging solutions right from primary packing to tertiary and end packaging. It consisted of case erector, auto-cartonator, auto filling, strapping system, label applicator and a check-weighing system.

The machine packs at eight to 10 cases per minute with the primary speed of up to 200 packs per minute, with zero human intervention.

The system is aimed at all markets including FMCG, food and beverage, snacks and confectionery, eCommerce, and more. “The USP is that we provide the customer with the complete end of line packaging solutions. Even the individual systems can be integrated seamlessly,” Mehta said.

She explained that the company has solutions even for palletizing, distribution and logistics. “Our solutions are designed based on the problems faced by our customers. The work starts with the understanding of these problems, and how we create solutions for them,” Mehta added.

The fact-file of Bricspac consists of solutions catering to 25+ industries, with 15+ design innovative teams, and more than 350 packaging and automation solutions.
