Omnia Technologies forms joint venture with Economy Process Solutions
Omnia Technologies has announced a joint venture with Economy Process Solutions, a provider of vacuum systems and process equipment in India. This collaboration aims to provide processing and packaging equipment to companies in the beverage and pharmaceutical sectors across India.

Omnia Technologies, based in Treviso, Italy, has a turnover exceeding 700-million euros. It operates 37 production sites and 24 commercial offices and employs around 2,500 individuals. The company was formed in 2020 by merging several established brands, including Della Toffola and TMCI Padovan.
Economy Process Solutions, located in Mumbai, has partnered with Omnia for nearly thirty years. The firm has promoted the Della Toffola brand since 1996, starting with brewery filtration units and later expanding its reach in wineries and filtration markets.
"This partnership helps both Omnia Technologies and Economy Process Solutions," said Andrea Stolfa, CEO of Omnia Technologies. "Combining our technology with local manufacturing, we aim to improve the region's processing, bottling, and packaging technologies. India is a dynamic market that requires innovation, and we intend to lead in this space."
Rajesh Ahuja, founder and CEO of Economy Process Solutions, added, "Our partnership marks a new growth phase. This joint venture will allow us to provide competitive solutions and enhance local employment. By utilising local engineering capabilities, we will improve domestic production and make automation technology more accessible to Indian companies. The joint venture will be launched in December 2024 and will make its first appearance at Drink Technology India 2024, held from October 23rd to 25th in Mumbai. Omnia Technologies will display its latest processing, bottling, and packaging machinery at Hall 1, Booth D-11.
