More than 760 delegates present on day one of Moulding International Summit 2023

The who's who of the moulding packaging industry were present for the opening of the 8th Injection, Blow, Roto & PET Moulding International Summit 2023 on 9 October at the Sahara Star Hotel in Mumbai, India. In addition to A-listers, the gathering saw traders, converters, and end-users ready to engage in India's vibrant packaging landscape.

The two day conference hosted by ElitePlus Business Services started with AS Sahney, executive director (Petrochemicals) Indian Oil; Avinash Verma, president PetChem Ops, Reliance Industries; RS Sodhi, president, Indian Dairy Association, former managing director GCMMF (Amul); Neelkanth Mishra, chief economist, Axis Bank, head of global research, member board, Axis Capital presenting the keynote address during the morning session post the lightening of the lamp.

The proceedings began with Nidhi Verma, founder and managing director of ElitePlus highlighting the growth and sustainability that has been steady in this industry. The session will touch upon topics like materials, technologies, funding and economy, global perspectives, branding, sustainable designs, moulding, energy efficiency and a lot more.

With registrations pouring in from 402 companies across 13 countries, over 760 delegates have secured their spots. The two-day event is divided into nine business sessions, with insights from raw material manufacturers, machinery manufacturers, manufacturers of auxiliary machineries, and all leading converters - from the food, pharma, FMCG, personal care, health care sectors that use rigid packaging and roto moulding technologies to great extent. 

This edition will offer five keynote speeches in the inaugural session and ten business sessions by speakers from India and overseas. Q&A sessions will foster discussions, while three-panel discussions will address topics such as sustainability.
