Mespack announces RM series launch at Snack & BakeTec

Mespack will exhibit its sustainable flexible packaging solutions portfolio at the Snack & BakeTec show, which will be held from 5 to 7 June, 2024, at the Yashobhoomi (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi. The company will unveil its latest innovation, the RM series rotary machine for quick changeover and compact design for premade pouches.

Mespack has a comprehensive product portfolio in the flexible packaging segment. The company’s bandwagon comprises of horizontal equipment, with roll-stock or premade pouches, and vertical systems to produce stick packs, flat pouches or three- or four-seal sachets, and water-soluble pods with Hydroforma machine lines, and end-of-line solutions.

At the exhibition, in Hall 1 at booth H01, Mespack will unveil its latest innovation, the RM series rotary machine for quick changeover and compact design for premade pouches. Managing director at Mespack India, Anthony D’Souza, and director of sales, Barun Kumar, will be on hand to provide detailed insights into the machine's capabilities and discuss how it can transform your packaging processes.

Mespack told Team WhatPackaging? the new RM series is set to steal the spotlight. The rotary machine is expected to revolutionise the stand-up resealable premade pouches market with its compact design and cutting-edge features.

Equipped with Mespack Athena (a digital transformation platform), the RM260SC offers a 15-minute changeover capability and optimal process control through data analysis. The machine can run at a production capacity up to 60 ppm, and has a carousel system that ups the precision and quality.

Also, the machine is compatible with a wide variety of pouch types and recyclable films, catering to the growing demand for sustainable packaging solutions. The RM Series’ ability to work with sustainable and recyclable materials demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
