The Indian food and beverage market, valued at Rs 24.57-lakh crore in 2023, is on track to double to Rs 51.15-lakh crore by 2030, showing a CAGR of 11.05%. India’s food processing sector, which contributes 32% to the country's total food market, continues to shine thanks to advancements in processing, packaging, and service technologies. Rajasthan, with more than 956 food processing units, is a leader in agro-processing, offering significant investment opportunities.

The Indian packaging industry, growing annually at 22–25%, has become a critical enabler of innovation for processed foods, beverages, FMCG, and eCommerce. The Bharat Pack Expo will showcase technologies in packaging, supply chain, and logistics, including automation, robotic solutions, and waste control systems. Experts predict that by 2027, the global supply chain management market will exceed Rs 962-crore, with India playing a pivotal role.

Jaipur benefits from its location, offering direct access to Rajasthan’s agricultural resources. The state is a producer of mustard, pearl millet, coriander, and pulses, and Jaipur is the logistical gateway for processing and distributing these resources. Investment-friendly policies like the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and dedicated food parks amplify Jaipur’s appeal, reducing operational costs while ensuring infrastructure.

On the technological front, the city is a hotspot for packaging innovations. The city’s workforce, bolstered by government incentives, is driving advancements in eco-conscious packaging solutions, aligning with the global demand for sustainability in FMCG and food industries.

Hosting the Bharat Food Expo and Bharat Pack Expo in Jaipur is an opportunity to showcase this potential.

JECC, South Asia’s premier pillar-less exhibition facility, offers world-class infrastructure just 15 minutes from Jaipur International Airport. Its modern design ensures a seamless experience for exhibitors and visitors alike.

The Bharat Food Expo and Bharat Pack Expo offer an opportunity for collaboration between the food and packaging sectors. Bharat Pack Expo and Bharat Food Expo are supported by the Indian Beverage Association (IBA), All India Food Processors' Association (AIFPA), Authentication Solution Providers’ Association (ASPA), Association of Indian Organic Industry (AIOI), Packaging Industry Association of India (PIAI), and The Society of Indian Bakers (SIB).
