Anuga FoodTec: Meyer Seals showcases induction sealing for F&B
Meyer Seals showcased its induction sealing and lining portfolio at Anuga FoodTec and PackEx India 2024, held from 28 to 30 August, at Bombay Exhibition Centre.

The company is exhibiting for the first time in Anuga FoodTec India, while it has been participating in European and American counterparts of the show.
Meyer Seals is into manufacturing of induction sealing and closure lining materials with both aluminium and plastic closures. out of which food and beverage is a major chunk of its business. Meyer Seals focuses on enhancing the consumer experience by creating a multiple touchpoint journey.
Parag Agarwal, business head, Meyer Seals, said, “The first day of the show was good, we did not expect so many visitors to show up. Majority of the food companies here are our existing as well as potential customers.”
“Our USP is we create value propositions by providing sustainable solutions, and innovations in applications and technical use,” Agarwal added. He gave an example of providing induction sealing for glass bottles with the liquid already filled inside.
The Germany-based Meyer Seals has four factories in Germany, two in Thailand, and started its operations in India with a warehouse and an office. The company caters to industries such as food, pharma, agro-chemical and many more. Food and agro-chemical industries contribute 70% to our business. Nestle is the company’s biggest client, followed by Nutella.
