Anuga FoodTec: Mamata Machinery offers FFS solutions
During the Anuga FoodTec and PackEx India 2024, Mamata Machinery showcased its vertical form, fill, seal (VFFS), and horizontal form, fill, seal (HFFS) machines, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, from 28 to 30n August.

Mamata showcased its horizontal form, fill and seal (HFFS), and vertical form, fill and seal (VFFS) machines, and also secondary packaging. The VFFS is demonstrated live with potato chips at 120 packs per minute, packed in a recyclable PP film.
Apurva Kane, CEO, Mamata Machinery, said that the company has been participating in this show since its last four editions. “This time we are here to offer our solutions in terms of reducing total cost of ownership, and technology that would help brands to shift from non-recyclable to recyclable packaging,” he said.
Kane said, “We are showcasing solutions that work well for recyclable films.” He said that the response has been good, and a busy show for the team with a lot of visitors and inquiries. The company’s main focus is on processed foods industry for dry food products, such as namkeen and read-to-eat (RTE) foods.
Mamata Machinery is a key player in the plastic bag and pouch-making industry, with an installed base of over 4,500 machines across more than 75 countries. The company is known for its flexible and adaptable solutions, which are crucial for the flexible packaging and converting markets.
