This is marked as Infinity’s second appearance at the show, showcasing its pouch-bundling machine, offering flow-wrapped packages at high production speeds. Crafted from heat sealable laminate, these secondary packs can also be transformed into shrink-pack variants.

The pouch weight may vary from 10 grams to 1-kg. Operating at a pace of up to 20 secondary packs per minute, this system integrates with your VFFS or HFFS machines.

The company manufactures secondary packaging, case packaging and end-of-line packaging machines. Infinity’s machine helps in reducing manpower after the primary packaging of products, until the final packaging.

Shripad Kurlekar, business development head, Infinity Automated Solutions, said, “This year, we are expecting more enquiries from food companies. Another advantage is that we meet our existing customers, and many of the brands are present in this show.”

The company offered its innovations to handle high-speed applications for secondary and tertiary packaging. Kurlekar expects 75% of the visitors to be from the food segment, typically in biscuits, confectionery, staple foods, and spices.

The company aims to offer customisable automated solutions for the secondary and tertiary packaging, catering to different segments which will help the brand owners to get a smoother workflow of their packets.

Kurlekar said, “Infinity packs everything that is on the plate of the consumer, right from breakfast to dinner, including spices, tea and dairy products. We have a coverage of 90% market share in India for spices.”
