Koelnmesse India will host the 18th edition of the Anuga Foodtec (formerly Anutec) show from 28 to 30 August 2023 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. The Anuga Foodtec and Anuga Select India  along with the co-located event PackEx will provide a platform for food packaging.

The 17th edition of Anutec was attended by 22,447 visitors, 500 exhibitors from over 43 countries. The current edition with a 25,502 sqm vast exhibition space will be home to around 700 exhibitors, and expects over 40,000 visitors.

India's food and grocery retail market size is projected to reach USD 852-billion in 2025, growing at a CAGR of 8.25% from 2020 to 2025. Also, the Indian food processing industry is expected to reach USD 535-billion by 2025-2026, contributing to 12.8% of India’s GDP.

The show is expected to have exhibitors from six different segments viz, food and beverage processing; automation and digitalisation; food safety and sustainability; material and packaging technology; intralogistics, handling and storage; and ingredients, additives and materials.
