AGI Glaspac has been certified as a Great Place to Work in India for the fourth consecutive year, based on an evaluation by the Great Place to Work Institute. The recognition highlights the company’s consistent efforts to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The certification assesses employee experience, leadership, and HR practices. AGI Glaspac’s recognition reflects its commitment to building a workplace where employees feel supported and motivated.

“We are honoured to be certified as a Great Place to Work,” said Rrajesh Khosla, CEO of AGI Glaspac. “This is a reflection of our commitment to fostering a collaborative, rewarding, and empowering workplace. Our dedication to employee experience, talent development, and career growth programmes solidifies our position as an employer of choice at a national level.”

Key initiatives include the formation of a Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) committee, awareness sessions on workplace conduct, and progressive HR policies aimed at ensuring safety and equity. The recently introduced Kit and Buddy Programme provides structured onboarding and support for new employees.

This recognition follows AGI Greenpac’s recent announcement of an INR 700-crore investment in a new glass plant in Madhya Pradesh. The facility will increase production capacity by 25% and create over 1,000 jobs.

Commenting on the expansion, Khosla said, “This investment will boost our production by 500 tonnes per day and strengthen our ability to meet growing demand across key sectors.”

The dual focus on employee welfare and capacity growth positions AGI for continued leadership in the glass packaging industry.
