Aexon Graphics instals HT 760 die-cutter
Ahmedabad-based Aexon Graphics has invested in a HT 760 die-cutter from Filigree Pack. Hardik Koshti of Aexon told us how the installation has boosted the company’s productivity.

Aexon is currently operating the machine at 7,000 / 8,000 sheets per hour
Aexon has said aye to a LS 29 six-colour coater with a UV printing machine. Now it has installed an HT 760 die-cutter that is 21 x 30 inch in size and has a speed of 10,000 sheets per hour.
“The machine has benefited us in terms of increased productivity and reduced our idle times,” said Hardik Koshti of Aexon Graphics. He added, “We are able to expand our production capacity, and provide faster services with high quality solutions.
Aexon plans to boost the number of its clients and jobs with this machine by operating it at 7-8,000 sheets per hour. The USP of the die-cutter is that it provides high speed and quick changeover. It is effective for short-run jobs, and can produce three-ply cartons and sticker half-cut labels.
Manoj Wadiyar of Filigree Pack said, “We have installed many HT 760 machines across India. The speed is phenomenal. The footprint is very small so it can be fitted in a confined space.” He added, “The machine is user-friendly and only one operator is required - and can guarantee a company like Aexon greater output.”
Aexon Graphics has been providing printing services since 1996. It specialises in commercial offset printing, box packaging, mono cartons, metallised labels, sticker printing and digital printing services.
