Aerolam, a packaging and insulation solution provider, announced the launch of its manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The company invested Rs 30-crore to establish this plant.

The plant covers approximately 65,000-square feet. The facility will produce two insulation products — Bubble insulation and XLPE foam insulation. These products offer thermal resistance and durability, are lightweight, and moisture resistant.

The plant boasts a production capacity of 250-tonnes per month and can expand up to another 250 tonnes per month.

Both the products are GreenPro Certified by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), a part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Brijesh Patel, managing director of Aerolam, said, “With this new manufacturing plant, we aim to serve our clients better and elevate our efforts to widen reach businesses at all levels. We have also obtained a GreenPro Certificate. This will help our clients make conscious decisions about eco-friendly insulation. Through these innovative products, we intend to play a vital role in fostering a more sustainable and energy-efficient world.”
