Cartel Bros’ Scotch whisky brand, The Glenwalk, has recorded sales of 1.4-million bottles in FY 2024–25, less than two years after its launch in June 2023. The brand now targets three-million bottles in the current financial year, aiming to deepen its domestic footprint and grow internationally.
A major driver of this growth has been the launch of the 200-ml bottle in December 2024. In just a few months, The Glenwalk sold 900,000 units in Maharashtra alone. The smaller format helped expand its availability to 1,400 wine shops and 4,000 bars, with plans to add another 3,000 permit rooms across the state in the coming months.
“Our growth has been both organic and aggressive,” said Mokksh Sani, founder of Living Liquidz, Mansionz, and co-founder of Cartel Bros. “Hitting 1.4-million bottles in FY 2024–25 is just the beginning. We are aiming for three-million bottles this year, and the roadmap is clear.”
The Glenwalk is now available in over 75 cities across 15 Indian states and has entered markets in the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. It also continues to receive international recognition, including a Gold Medal at ProWine 2023 and Silver Medals at the London Spirits Competition and the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2024.
Sanjay Dutt, co-founder and brand ambassador, added, “The Glenwalk is more than just whisky—it’s a symbol of great taste, confidence, and celebration.”
With plans to innovate and expand, The Glenwalk is positioning itself as a strong player in the premium whisky segment.
