Inter Food Tech to be held in 2025
The 4th edition of India's technology supplier fair for the food and beverage, snacks, bakery and confectionery manufacturing industry, Inter FoodTech and Snack & BakeTec, along with the concurrent trade fair Pac MechEx, is set to take place at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, from 3-5 April 2025.

Featuring more than 270 exhibitors and over 120 live demos and pieces of machinery, this event sets itself apart. Building on its established reputation, the show attracts participation from 21 countries.
The food processing sector in India is rapidly expanding, spurred by technological advancements and evolving consumer preferences. With a diverse range of processed food products available through various selling channels, the role of innovative food processing technology is becoming increasingly evident.

India's food and grocery retail market size is projected to reach USD 852-billion by 2025, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.25% from 2020 to 2025. Additionally, the food processing industry is expected to achieve USD 535-billion by 2025-2026, contributing 12.8% to India’s GDP.
