Kunal Enterprise is a solution provider in the industrial printing and packaging industry. The inks are used to print electronic components such as sensors and circuits using conventional printing processes.
For screen printing, Saral inks are easily recyclable, print-compatible on paper and plastic, and generate less waste during production. These inks do not contain any toxic chemicals and reduce carbon emissions.
Depending on the conductivity of different materials the inks are categorised, although all are screen printable. Carbon, polymer and copper-based inks are water-based and can be thermally dried such as Saral CarbonH20 400, Saral ConductingPolymer 600, and Saral ConductingPolymer 600. While Saral Carbon 700A with a lower sheet resistance of 25-mm is solvent-based. And Saral Copper 100B is air-curable and of less cost.
The portfolio is also equipped with silver-based inks such as Saral UV Silver 800, Saral SilverH20 600, Saral HSCSilver 600, and Saral Silver 700. These are also suitable for paper and plastic substrates with varying electrical conductivity and are thermally curable too.
Another range of silver-based includes the stretchable Saral StretchSilver 500, Saral StretchSilver 600, and Saral StretchSilver 800 which are designed for bending applications like creasing.
The development of KE’s inks is key to the consideration of adaptive drying characteristics. These can be altered based on printing settings on electronics, which are integrated for varied applications from medical, and IoT, to interactive packaging.
