Shubhanan Kanjalkar, Asian Paints

The shape of the bottle is uniquely reminiscent of the traditional glass milk bottles. It features an LD induction seal under the cap, essential for maintaining the aseptic conditions required for dairy products to preserve their texture, aroma, feel, and taste.

The label and decoration are done using an opaque film shrink sleeve, possibly made from PET or PP, with a matte coating for a premium feel.

Both the bottle and cap are made from PP and are free of masterbatch additives, giving the bottle a natural look and feel while ensuring it is fully recyclable.

Shraddha Kadam, Hindustan Unilever

The bottle has a very simple yet unique distinctive shape. The natural theme has been portrayed well with use of the elements like minimal decoration, matte finish sleeve, natural cap (with no MB) along with IML label on the top of the cap. However, the IML quality of the cap could have been better, as the label is chipping off with a minor scratch. This pack is an aseptic pack hence it contains an induction seal inside which provides a great tamper evident feature, however sometimes it becomes a challenge for the consumer to peel this off.
