WP: Explain what it is suitable for?
SC:
The latest HB Fuller water-based labelling technology offers good wash-off performance. To support more sustainable and reuse models, manufacturers will need easily removable adhesives in order to re-label the glass bottles for each use, and the excellent wash-off properties offered by HB Fuller are a solution for this.

SC:
HB Fuller’s effective wash-off process for returnable bottles meets the sustainable practices that many manufacturers are looking for. The new advanced water-based labelling technology mitigates the challenge of having excellent bottle washability with new advanced water-based products. Thereby, the solution ensures a stable and consistent supply chain. And, this product has been validated and approved by an external institute for waste water treatment.

Our new labelling product offers excellent wash-off properties for returnable bottles with no label carry over, excellent ice-water, and condensation water-resistance with very good machinability. It allows brewers and other beverage manufacturers to achieve mileage benefits by labelling more bottles with less adhesive.

Unique advanced water-based labelling technology with no label carryover in industry standard bottle washers. The product allows to significantly label more bottles with a single pail of adhesive than before. It can run smoothly on all types of machines.

Machine speed of up to 65,000 bottles/hour.

The product is based on advanced water-based technology. It has excellent viscosity stability and; 30°C temperature, very good wet tack, and easy cleaning on machine spare parts.

It enables washing machines to run at lower bath temperatures and less caustic soda concentration and sedimentation in the washer compared to traditional caseins and synthetic technology.
